Welcome to AcademIQ Pro. By accessing or using our website at www.academiqpro.app and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Overview of Services

AcademIQ Pro provides an online platform that generates structured academic research project content for university students. Our services include project generation, topic suggestion, and chapter editing tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Units and Payment

• Our services operate on a unit-based system. Units are purchased through secure online payment powered by Paystack.
• Current pricing: ₦20,000 for 20 units. Project generation costs 5 units, topic generation costs 2 units, chapter editing costs 2 units.
• Units are credited instantly upon successful payment.
• All payments are final and non-refundable once units have been credited, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchased units are not affected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AcademIQ Pro responsibly and in accordance with your institution's academic policies.

• Generated content is provided as a research foundation and reference tool. You are responsible for reviewing, personalizing, and adapting all content before submission.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your institution's academic integrity policies.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

6. Intellectual Property

Each generated project is unique and provided for your personal academic use. We do not claim ownership of content generated for you, but we retain all rights to our platform, software, design, and branding.

7. Content Disclaimer

Content is generated using automated technology. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee content is error-free, factually accurate in all respects, or suitable for any specific purpose without review. You are responsible for verifying all content before use.

8. Referral Program

• Referral partners earn a 20% commission (₦4,000) for each referred user who makes a payment.
• Commissions are paid within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation.
• We reserve the right to suspend referral codes in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
• Self-referrals are not permitted.

9. Data Retention

Generated projects are stored for 3 days. After this period, projects may be permanently deleted. Download and save your content within this timeframe.

10. Service Availability

We aim for uninterrupted access but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcademIQ Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including academic consequences, lost data, or business losses.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or fraudulent activity. Unused units may be forfeited upon termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
